The Services may process information relating to payroll, HR operations, employee administration, customer-specific rules, exceptions, communications, and related workflows.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, approvals, decisions, and actions where human judgment, legal compliance, or business authorization is required.

Truss does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional payroll advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Automated Features

Certain features may assist with or automate operational tasks.

You acknowledge that automated systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results.

You are responsible for configuring the level of automation appropriate for your organization and reviewing results where appropriate.

Truss may provide tools that allow users to retain oversight, approval, or control over automated actions.

7. Fees and Payment

If you purchase paid Services, applicable fees, billing schedules, payment terms, renewals, and cancellation rights will be set out in your order form, subscription agreement, or other written agreement with Truss.
